Malone Cranberry

Burlington FabricCCF0600-02

Malone Cranberry presents a dense, finely mottled weave in softened cranberry red, threaded with cool teal and blue-green flecks. The close texture gives the swatch a quietly dimensional, tailored appearance.

About this fabric

The surface is a small-scale woven texture, with cranberry and cool teal threads intermingling rather than forming a bold graphic motif. Its 418 gsm weight and 143 cm usable width record a substantial furnishing cloth suited to upholstery. The supplied pattern repeat is just 6 cm vertically by 2 cm horizontally, so the colour variation reads as close-grained texture across a piece. Teal flecks temper the berry-red ground, giving this colourway a cooler, slightly smoky depth instead of a bright scarlet finish.

How to use it

Use Malone Cranberry on an upholstered chair, sofa or headboard where its deep berry tone can bring warmth without becoming overly vivid. Pick up the fine teal flecks with blue-green accents, or keep the surrounding scheme quiet to emphasise the woven depth.

A weighty, close-textured cranberry weave with cool teal flecks for tailored upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
