About this fabric
Pale stone, chalk and cool grey-green tones run through the vertically striated, painterly design, with darker passages appearing in irregular, softened columns. The distressed marks vary from misty and translucent to denser grey-green areas, giving the surface a layered, tactile character. At 358gsm, the fabric has a substantial presence suited to upholstery, and its 137cm usable width supports practical cutting. The 69cm vertical repeat and 34.5cm horizontal repeat establish a clear rhythm without making the abstract pattern feel rigid.
How to use it
Pair Umbra Stone with chalk upholstery, pale oak and brushed metal for a cool, quiet scheme, or use its grey-green depth to temper warmer stone and taupe furnishings. The vertical movement works particularly well on headboards, occasional chairs and tailored sofas.
