Origins FabricCCF0473-01

Blossom Charcoal places delicate flowering branches across a cool, pale grey ground. Charcoal stems, muted grey blooms and small pale highlights create a quietly detailed botanical pattern with a tailored feel.

About this fabric

The fabric has a fine, crosshatched woven texture that gives the grey background subtle depth rather than a flat finish. Slender charcoal branches rise in staggered vertical sprays, carrying soft taupe-grey flowers and tiny light accents that catch against the cooler ground. At 310 gsm and 137 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight choice for upholstery and drapery. The pattern repeats every 16 cm vertically and 27.4 cm horizontally, with a standard length of 40 m.

How to use it

Use Blossom Charcoal to soften a dark charcoal or weathered timber chair, or pair it with cool stone upholstery and brushed metal. As curtains, its pale grey ground will keep a room light while the branching motif adds measured movement.

The cool grey ground and charcoal branches bring a calm, tailored botanical note to upholstery, cushions or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Blossom Charcoal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
