Pietro Wood

Asti FabricL9547-07

Pietro Wood shows a tightly woven, vertical texture in a muted taupe-brown tone with a soft warm cast. The surface reads calm and refined, with the weave giving it quiet depth rather than a bold pattern.

About this fabric

Part of Larsen’s Asti collection, Pietro Wood is a fabric with no repeat, a width of approximately 140cm, and a composition of 28% cotton, 26% virgin wool, 23% viscose, 20% linen and 3% polyamide. In this colourway, the cloth appears as a warm wood-toned taupe with fine tonal variation across the weave, so it feels natural rather than flat. The close texture and subtle ribbed look give it a composed, tailored character, while the linen and wool content suggest a pleasingly dry, textural handle. With care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BH, it is a practical choice for interiors that want warmth without visual heaviness.

How to use it

Use Pietro Wood on an upholstered chair, bench or headboard where its restrained taupe-brown tone can soften cleaner lines. It also suits relaxed curtains or Roman blinds in schemes built from stone, oak and muted olive accents.

A warm taupe-brown weave that works neatly on tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
