Cornus Sand

Betula FabricL9158-02

Cornus Sand is a softly luminous sand-cream colourway with a fine geometric weave that reads calm and refined. The surface has a gentle dry texture, with the motif only just lifting from the ground for a quietly tailored look.

About this fabric

This Betula fabric from Larsen is woven in a 40% cotton, 36% viscose, 14% acrylic and 10% linen blend, giving the cloth a crisp but lightly softened handle. The repeat measures approximately V 10cm / H 11cm, and the small geometric pattern sits neatly across the width. In Cornus Sand, the ground is a pale creamy beige with a faint warm undertone, while the motif is worked in slightly deeper, understated taupe-grey threads that create low-contrast depth. At approximately 138cm wide, it suits schemes that need a restrained patterned fabric with enough texture to hold interest without overpowering a room.

How to use it

Use Cornus Sand on tailored cushions, a small chair or relaxed curtains where the pale sand tone can reflect light softly. It pairs especially well with natural timber, linen whites and muted olive or sage accents.

A quiet sand tone that layers easily with oak, stone and soft green accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
