Murano Ciel

Drago FabricM4190-02

Murano Ciel shows a neat lattice of rounded blue motifs set against a pale ground, giving the design a fresh, airy look. The small-scale repeat feels precise and ordered, with the blue sitting cool and clear on the surface.

About this fabric

This colourway pairs a soft ciel blue motif with an off-white ground, creating a crisp contrast that feels light rather than heavy. The pattern’s small geometric repeat, measured at approximately V 6cm / H 6cm, reads as tidy and rhythmic across the cloth. Woven in 68% viscose, 21% linen and 11% polyester, the fabric has a refined textural balance that suits decorative use as well as tailored seating. At approximately 132cm wide, it is practical for made-up pieces where the regular motif can be laid out cleanly. The overall effect is smart and fresh, with the cooler blue lifted by the natural-looking pale base.

How to use it

This shade works well in rooms that need a clean, coastal note without feeling overly bright. Pair it with limestone, white-painted joinery or honeyed timber for a tailored, modern finish.

Use with warm neutrals and pale woods to let the crisp sky-blue motif stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
