About this fabric

Horta Cream from Larsen’s Paxton collection is a fabric with a softly structured geometric repeat, measuring approximately V 24cm and H 35cm. The cloth is woven in 27% Acrylic, 25% Viscose, 19% Polyester, 15% Cotton and 14% Linen, which gives the surface a dry, lightly textured handle rather than a flat print look. In this colourway, the cream ground feels warm and muted, while the motif sits just a shade deeper so the pattern appears crisp without becoming high contrast. At approximately 138cm wide, it is suitable for statement upholstery pieces as well as tailored curtains where the repeating design can be shown to good effect.

How to use it

Use Horta Cream to bring a calm, tailored feel to a scheme with natural woods, pale oak and stone finishes. Its warm ivory tone works especially well in rooms that need pattern, but not visual weight.

A quietly refined cream with enough texture and pattern to lift upholstery or soften curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
