Royce Pale Blue

Royce FabricF4933-33

Royce Pale Blue is a softly muted blue fabric with a fine, lightly textured surface and an airy, almost chalky look in the cloth. The colour sits between powder blue and cool grey, giving it a very calm, understated finish.

About this fabric

Royce Pale Blue is woven in a 39% Cotton, 24% Viscose, 24% Wool, 13% Polyamide blend, with a width of approximately 140cm and a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx. The swatch shows a quiet, evenly coloured plain weave with delicate vertical slubs that add movement without reading as a pattern. Its pale blue tone is cool and softened with grey, so it feels fresh rather than sugary, and the surface has a gentle matte handle that suits relaxed decorating schemes. The blend of cotton, wool and viscose suggests a balanced fabric with enough body for loose upholstery and enough softness for drapery use.

How to use it

Use this pale blue alongside white-painted joinery, brushed nickel and bleached timber to keep the room light and tailored. It is especially effective where you want colour on seating or curtains without adding visual weight.

A calm pale blue that works neatly across upholstery and curtains for a light, airy finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
