Jocasta Aqua
Rosella FabricF4530-02
Jocasta Aqua shows a softly aged floral damask laid over a pale aqua ground, with red, blue and gold accents gently faded into the weave. The overall effect is intricate but light, giving the design a calm, timeworn character.

About this fabric
This Rosella fabric combines 49% viscose, 26% linen, 17% cotton and 8% polyester, with a width of approximately 133cm and a repeat of V 66cm / H 66cm approx. In this colourway, the ground reads as a cool, misted aqua rather than a bright blue, which keeps the pattern airy even as the motifs remain detailed and decorative. The floral medallions and scrolling forms are picked out in dusty rose, soft coral, muted gold and weathered blue, so the surface feels gently faded rather than sharply contrasted. With its balanced composition and decorative scale, it suits both upholstery and drapery where you want a classic pattern with a lighter, more serene finish.
How to use it
Pair Jocasta Aqua with pale oak, chalky painted wood or brushed brass to suit its cool, softened palette. It works especially well in rooms that need pattern without heaviness, such as a reading chair, cushions or relaxed curtains.
Use on statement upholstery or relaxed curtains to let the softened aqua and faded florals shine.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Jocasta Aqua without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
