About this fabric
Ruskin Aqua from the Ruskin II collection by Colefax and Fowler is woven in 53% viscose, 25% linen and 22% cotton, with a width of approximately 142cm and a vertical repeat of about 64cm by 36cm horizontally. The swatch shows a muted aqua-blue tone softened by pale green-grey notes, so the design feels fresh rather than bright. Its textured, irregular surface catches the light in a gentle way, with the motif appearing as a soft all-over clouding rather than a sharp repeat. With no performance features noted, it is best considered as a decorative fabric with a refined, tactile finish. The Q 8 : T 3 care code and √CM fire code are supplied for this exact cloth.
How to use it
Use Ruskin Aqua for curtains, cushions or a statement chair where its cool, faded aqua can add softness without overwhelming the room. It works especially well with limewashed neutrals, pale oak and brushed brass.
