Viggo Canelle is a finely textured neutral with a warm canelle tone and a subtle woven surface. Its small-scale crossweave reads as quietly detailed rather than patterned.

About this fabric

Woven in 39% viscose, 37% cotton, 18% linen and 6% polyester, Viggo Canelle has a natural-looking hand and a gently structured finish. The 140cm approx width makes it straightforward for both upholstery and soft furnishing use, while the V 0cm / H 0cm approx repeat confirms the small woven effect is inherent in the cloth rather than a printed motif. In this colourway, the beige base is lifted by sandy, biscuit-like notes and tiny tonal flecks that keep it from feeling flat. The overall impression is warm, understated and easy to place in schemes that need texture without contrast.

How to use it

Use this canelle beige with oak, linen white and muted bronze for a calm, tailored room. It suits seating, cushions or curtains where you want a natural neutral with a little visual grain.

A warm, softly textured neutral that works beautifully across tailored upholstery and relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
