About this fabric

Viggo Creme from Manuel Canovas is a 140cm-wide fabric with no pattern repeat, so the woven texture is what gives it character. The blend of 39% viscose, 37% cotton, 18% linen and 6% polyester creates a dry, natural handle with a slight softness in the finish. Visually, the colour sits in a pale crème range with a warm beige undertone and a lightly speckled, crosswoven look that catches the light softly. The result is an understated fabric that feels calm, tactile and easy to place in classic or contemporary interiors. It is also marked √BM for fire performance, with care code Q 8 < T 3.

How to use it

Use this warm crème shade to soften larger pieces like sofas, banquettes or wall-hung headboards, where the fine texture can read clearly. It also makes an elegant drapery neutral beside oak, limestone and muted painted woodwork.

A quiet neutral that works beautifully as a tailored curtain or an easy upholstered base.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
