About this fabric
This chenille is woven from 52% acrylic and 48% polyester, with a 138cm width suited to domestic upholstery. The dominant garnet red has a warm, wine-like depth, while the contrasting olive, gold and blue-green details give the flowers a softly aged, tapestry-inspired character. Fine horizontal texture across the ground catches the light unevenly, adding dimension without overpowering the ornate floral motif. It is listed as Domestic upholstery grade with professional aftercare, and has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy; it can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.
How to use it
Use this warm garnet colourway on a statement armchair, footstool or traditional sofa where its olive and antique-gold foliage can sit alongside dark wood, aged brass and warm neutral walls. Keep surrounding textiles quieter to let the layered botanical pattern provide the room’s decorative focus.
