NAP3437

Napoli FabricNAP3437

NAP3437 is a densely textured chenille in a softly mottled taupe-grey colourway. Fine black, cream and warm grey flecks move through the woven surface, giving the swatch a subtly variegated appearance rather than a flat block of colour.

About this fabric

Made from 91% polyester and 9% viscose, this 138cm-wide chenille has a compact, irregular weave with a gently nubby surface visible across the swatch. Its taupe-grey base sits between warm beige and cool stone, while darker threads add depth without creating a strong graphic pattern. Catalogued as Contract upholstery grade, it is suited to seating and other hard-working upholstered applications. Aftercare is professional; the fabric meets Domestic Cig & Match requirements and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use NAP3437 on a sofa, banquette or occasional chair where its balanced taupe-grey tone can soften darker timber and black accents without reading stark. Pair it with warm ivory, putty and weathered oak to draw out the cream and beige threads in the weave.

The mottled taupe-grey ground and fine woven variation make this a practical, quietly textured choice for contract seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
