About this fabric

Made from 91% polyester and 9% viscose, this 138cm-wide chenille has a close, compact weave suited to upholstery. The colour sits between warm taupe, olive-grey and beige, with the darker flecks adding a quietly mottled depth rather than a strong repeated pattern. Its contract upholstery grade makes it appropriate for hard-working seating, and it carries Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy. It can also be treated to Crib 5 contract grade, with professional aftercare specified.

How to use it

Use NAP3439 on a sofa, banquette or dining chair where its muted taupe-olive base can soften darker timber, black metal or stone. The fine charcoal flecking also gives plain cushions and tailored upholstery a subtle woven contrast.

Use this mottled taupe-olive chenille to bring subtle depth to contract seating and tailored upholstered pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
