About this fabric

This Balmoral FR colourway is woven in 78% polyester and 22% cotton, giving the cloth a practical mixed-fibre handle with a neat, tailored look. The check is set on a 140cm width and has a 32cm vertical repeat with a 35.5cm horizontal repeat, creating a clearly scaled tartan statement. Burnt orange is balanced by creamy off-white blocks and fine tan pinstripes, so the overall effect feels warm, rustic and lightly faded rather than saturated. The visible weave has a tidy, medium-weight texture that suits the smart-casual character of the design. Care code BQV1< applies to this fabric.

How to use it

Use this burnt orange check to add warmth to country-style armchairs, bench cushions or relaxed curtains. It pairs especially well with oak, leather and painted cream finishes, where the pale ground in the pattern helps keep the room feeling bright.
