About this fabric

Balmoral FR Spice from Porter & Stone is a 140cm-wide fabric in 78% polyester and 22% cotton, with a 32cm vertical and 35.5cm horizontal pattern repeat. The check reads as a rich spice orange, broken up by pale cream cross-lines and deeper brown accents that sharpen the grid. Its woven texture keeps the colour matte and earthy rather than glossy, which suits the fabric’s grounded, country-inspired feel. Care instructions are BQV1<, and the cloth’s balanced composition makes it a practical choice for soft furnishings as well as tailored window treatments.

How to use it

Use this colourway to warm a kitchen banquette, hallway seat or country armchair, where the orange-red tones can add depth without feeling too bright. It also works well at the window with natural wood, aged leather and muted greens.
