About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric is woven in a 78% polyester and 22% cotton blend and supplied at 140cm wide, with a 32cm vertical and 35.5cm horizontal repeat. The plaid shows washed aqua-blue columns crossing a muted oat and stone base, while fine red lines bring definition through the pattern. Its surface reads as a medium-weight woven rather than a delicate cloth, giving the colourway enough presence for furnishing as well as softer decorative use. The overall effect is calm and slightly country-inspired, with the blue lifted by the warm neutral ground and the small weave texture visible across the whole swatch.

How to use it

Use this colourway to freshen a relaxed armchair, window seat, or cottage-style cushions where the blue can sit against painted timber and pale neutrals. It also works well with white, weathered oak, and soft green accents if you want the plaid to feel coastal rather than formal.
