About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric is woven in a 78% Polyester 22% Cotton blend and measures 140cm wide, with a pattern repeat of 32cm vertical and 35.5cm horizontal. The design reads as a large-scale tartan, with saturated red blocks broken up by fine cream and brown crossing lines. The weave has a dry, slightly textured surface that gives the check a tailored, rustic character rather than a glossy finish. Its colour balance feels warm and traditional, with the red sitting at the centre of the palette and the softer neutrals keeping it grounded.
