About this fabric

This textile from Fryett's Fabrics is composed of 95% polyester and 5% cotton, with a 137cm width and a 67cm pattern repeat. The design shows a deep terracotta-red base threaded with ochre trunks, pale foliage and scattered blue-grey blossoms, giving the surface a busy but balanced decorative rhythm. Its woven look reads as a substantial fabric rather than a sheer, which makes it well suited to upholstery use. The colours have a softened, vintage richness, with the lighter motifs sitting clearly against the darker ground without looking harsh. Care instructions are AQW1<.

How to use it

Pair this warm red colourway with walnut, worn leather and natural timber for a layered, collected interior. It also works well as an accent armchair fabric where the cream and sage motifs can read against calmer wall colours.

Use with plain linens and aged brass to let the foliage tones stand out.
