Mandu Rosso

Misc Fabric

Mandu Rosso shows a lively trailing leaf pattern in deep russet red, lifted by pale ivory leaves that sit sharply against the ground. The overall effect is warm, textured and energetic rather than heavy.

About this fabric

This fabric is woven in 70% viscose and 30% linen, giving the surface a dry, lightly slubbed look that suits the crispness of the leaf design. The 145cm width makes it practical for larger furnishings, while the 22cm pattern repeat creates a clear, rhythmic trail across the cloth. In this colourway the red ground reads as a rich brick-russet rather than a bright scarlet, so the ivory foliage stands out with strong contrast. It has enough body for upholstery use, while still feeling light enough for drapery where a smarter, tailored finish is wanted. Care instructions are NQT1.

How to use it

Use Mandu Rosso to add warmth to a neutral room, especially with oak, taupe or aged brass. The deep red base gives curtains, cushions or an armchair a vivid focal point without feeling overly glossy.

A crisp leaf motif in russet and ivory brings warm character to curtains, cushions or an accent chair.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
