About this fabric

Woven from 59% viscose, 21% cotton and 20% linen, this 137cm-wide fabric has a crisp, lightly textured handle that reads as versatile rather than heavy. The narrow indigo stripes are evenly spaced and slightly irregular at the edge, giving the design a hand-drawn feel against the pale background. With a 0cm pattern repeat, the stripe is straightforward to match for cutting and planning. The colourway is especially fresh: the blue is clear and cool, with enough depth to stand out without overpowering the airy ivory ground.

How to use it

Use this colourway to bring structure to pale schemes, where the indigo stripe can sharpen an otherwise soft room. It suits slip seats, Roman blinds or cushions, especially alongside white paint, bleached wood and brushed metal.

A crisp, tailored stripe that feels quietly nautical and works beautifully on blinds, cushions or relaxed seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
