About this fabric

This fabric is made from 100% recycled polyester and comes 145cm wide, with a pattern repeat of 35cm vertical and 35.5cm horizontal. The swatch shows a rich burnt orange ground softened by a mottled weave effect, which gives the surface depth rather than a flat block colour. Over that base, the pale damask motif appears in an ivory tone, with scrolling acanthus leaves, floral medallions and stylised birds that keep the pattern feeling formal but lively. The contrast is warm rather than stark, so the design retains a lived-in, Provençal character even with its strong pattern scale.

How to use it

Use Auvergne Burnt Orange as a feature upholstery fabric on a chair or ottoman, or as curtains where the terracotta ground will glow in daylight. It works especially well with aged woods, cream paintwork and other warm neutrals.

Use for statement upholstery or elegant curtains where you want a warm, heritage feel.
