About this fabric

This GP & J Baker fabric combines 47% viscose, 30% cotton, 15% linen and 8% polyester in a 139 cm width. The surface shows a very small, even woven structure with a 2 cm vertical repeat and 2.5 cm horizontal repeat, creating a subtle micro-check effect. Olive remains the dominant tone, while the fine light flecks soften its depth and add gentle movement as the light catches the weave. With a 32,000 Martindale rub test, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use the muted olive tone to bring restrained colour to a reading chair, headboard or relaxed curtain scheme, pairing it with warm ivory, natural timber and aged brass. The tiny woven structure also works well where a plain fabric feels too quiet but a bold pattern would be excessive.
