About this fabric

This plain fabric combines 38% cotton, 31% viscose, 18% polyester and 13% linen, creating a softly textured surface rather than a completely flat finish. The dusty red tone sits between blush, clay and terracotta, reading warm and understated rather than bright or saturated. At 137 cm (53.82") wide, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. A 28,000 Martindale rub test supports its use on upholstered furniture, while care instructions require professional dry cleaning only; it must not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use this warm, softened red on a reading chair, sofa or upholstered bed to bring muted terracotta depth into a room without the intensity of a clear scarlet. It can also add gentle colour to curtains or a bedspread while retaining the relaxed look of its fine plain weave.
