About this fabric

Woven from 50% cotton, 48% jute and 2% polyester, this 134 cm wide fabric has a tactile, gently irregular surface visible across the swatch. Its closely spaced stripes move between warm terracotta and coppery orange, muted brown and near-black indigo, with tiny pale and blue decorative marks adding contrast. The 33.5 cm horizontal pattern repeat keeps the vertical arrangement easy to place across a chair, sofa or curtain. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; professional dry cleaning is required, and it must not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use the warm rust and tobacco tones to deepen a relaxed sitting room, or pair the indigo bands with navy accents for a cooler, more graphic scheme. The narrow vertical striping works particularly well on upholstery panels, cushions and full-length curtains.
