G P & J Baker X Kit Kemp II FabricBF11142.1

About this fabric

This fabric is made from 90% linen and 10% spun polyester and measures 132 cm wide. Its 38 cm vertical repeat and 22 cm horizontal repeat organise the colourful floral columns into a narrow, regular stripe that reads clearly across the cloth. The jewel tones are bright rather than muted, with red and orange adding warmth while blue and green provide cooler contrast against the soft cream ground. It is specified for curtains and bedspreads; after-care is professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use the warm cream base to connect with natural timber, while picking out the red, leafy green or deep blue in cushions and painted furniture. As curtains, the repeated vertical layout gives a room lively height; on a bedspread, it creates a more decorative, collected focal point.

The warm linen ground and lively jewel-colour stripes bring a cheerful, crafted feel to curtains and bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
