Tansy Aqua has a quiet, cool-toned character, with a pale aqua-blue ground covered in a very fine all-over botanical print. The close pattern reads softly from a distance, while the tiny pale marks become more visible up close.

About this fabric

Made from 100% cotton, this fabric is 136 cm wide and carries a small pattern with a 21 cm vertical repeat and 19.4 cm horizontal repeat. Its muted aqua-grey colouring and fine, lightly textured-looking print give the surface a calm, airy quality rather than a strong contrast. Tansy Aqua is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Care instructions are professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use Tansy Aqua to bring a cool, softened note to bedroom curtains or a traditionally shaped chair, pairing its pale aqua ground with chalky whites, warm ivory and light natural wood. Its small repeat also suits bedspreads and upholstered pieces where a closely spaced print is wanted without visual heaviness.
