Tetbury Linen Chocolate is a rich, warm brown linen with a softly varied surface. Its close plain weave shows fine horizontal and vertical threads that give the solid colour understated depth.

About this fabric

Woven from 100% linen, this 140 cm (55") fabric has a deep chocolate tone with a subtle russet warmth rather than a cool or grey-brown cast. The restrained texture is visible across the surface, with slight tonal variation where the weave catches the light. With a 35,000 Martindale rub test, it is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. After care is professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the warm chocolate brown on a relaxed armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard, where its quiet weave will bring depth without introducing a pattern. It also makes substantial curtains or a bedspread, especially alongside cream, oatmeal and muted terracotta tones.
