About this fabric

Nalani Nectar/Chalk combines a warm, straw-like nectar ground with fine chalk threads, forming a tightly repeated zigzag and diamond texture across the face. The small pattern measures 3.5 cm vertically by 4 cm horizontally, giving the surface a finely scaled, rhythmic appearance rather than a bold motif. Woven at 388 gsm with 21 threads per cm and a usable width of 142 cm, it has a substantial, compact appearance suited to its outdoor specification. In the swatch, the pale chalk detail softens the golden beige base and keeps the overall effect light, textured and quietly graphic.

How to use it

Use this warm nectar-and-chalk colourway on outdoor seat cushions, dining chairs or relaxed upholstery where its pale golden tone can brighten a scheme. Pair it with chalk, sand and natural timber for a sun-washed look, or use darker earthy accents to bring out the small woven geometry.

A softly golden outdoor weave that brings fine chalk geometry to relaxed upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Nalani Nectar/Chalk without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
