About this fabric

At 416 gsm, this velvet has a substantial handle suited to upholstery, with a softly light-catching surface visible across the swatch. Jagged peaks and irregular vertical bands move through muted teal, blue-green and near-black ink, while parchment highlights break up the darker areas. The cool palette reads atmospheric rather than bright, with the ink accents giving the pattern definition and depth. A 50 cm vertical repeat and 44 cm horizontal repeat establish the scale of the repeating motif, while the 134 cm usable width supports practical upholstery layouts.

How to use it

Use this cool Adriatic colourway on a statement armchair, headboard or compact sofa, pairing it with parchment upholstery plains and dark ink or aged timber accents. Its energetic zigzag rhythm works especially well where a room needs movement without introducing warm, saturated colour.
