Portland Waterbury Citrus Wavy brings a bright, sunny stripe to 100% cotton fabric. The wavy vertical bands read as a soft citrus yellow, lifted by pale cream and white lines that keep the design feeling fresh.

About this fabric

This colourway has a cheerful lemon-to-butter tone, with gentle variation across the stripes that gives the surface a lightly brushed, sunlit look. It is 100% cotton, with a usable width of 137cm and a horizontal pattern repeat of 35cm, so the stripe rhythm is clear and easy to plan for in both curtains and made-to-measure upholstery. With a heavy domestic upholstery grade and a Martindale rating of 30,000, it offers practical durability while still feeling soft and approachable. The colour fastness rating of 5 and pilling rating of 4 add to its suitability for everyday interior use, and it is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery.

How to use it

Use it to brighten a relaxed sitting room, breakfast nook or children’s space, where the citrus yellow can bring warmth without feeling heavy. The white and cream striping works especially well with painted wood, pale timber and simple neutrals.

Pair with crisp white or warm oak to keep the sunny stripes feeling fresh.
