About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Modena Cloud is a contract-grade plain with an impressive 80,000 Martindale, making it a practical choice for demanding interiors. The swatch shows a muted cloud-grey ground with a subtle warm undertone and a lightly speckled, linen-like texture that gives the surface depth without introducing a strong pattern. Its finish catches the light in a restrained, almost pearly way, so the colour reads fresh and airy rather than flat. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it can also be professionally dry cleaned in situ or washed at 40°C, subject to the pattern book’s full care guidance.

How to use it

Use Modena Cloud to soften contemporary upholstery, banquettes or headboards where you want a light neutral that still feels tailored. It also works well with chalky whites, brushed metals and pale oak for a calm, elevated scheme.

A cool, versatile neutral that reads softly metallic and pairs easily with timber, stone and muted colour accents.
