About this fabric
Part of the Mimosa collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is made from 100% polyester and is specified for heavy domestic use. It carries a Martindale rating of 40,000, making it well suited to everyday seating and other hard-working interiors. In this colourway, the silver-grey reads cool and muted, with a subtle matte sheen that catches the light without looking shiny. The surface has a lightly variegated texture that adds depth to an otherwise clean, understated plain. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it can be professionally dry cleaned in situ, with further care guidance available in the pattern book.
How to use it
Use Mimosa Silver on sofas, banquettes or dining chairs where a smart neutral is needed without harsh brightness. Its cool grey tone pairs neatly with black, white, pale timber and deeper charcoal accents.
