About this fabric

This colourway reads as a warm sable beige, with lighter golden notes catching over a deeper, slightly shadowed ground. The plain design is kept visually interesting by the subtle tonal variation visible in the weave, which gives the fabric a lived-in, tactile finish. Made from 100% polyester and specified for contract use, it also offers an 80,000 Martindale rating, making it a practical choice for demanding upholstery schemes. The back-coated fire rating to Cigarette & Match to BS5852 adds further suitability for commercial projects, while the washable @ 40°C care option supports everyday maintenance.

How to use it

Use Modena Sable on banquettes, armchairs or occasional seating where a restrained neutral is needed but a little warmth is still welcome. Its sandy undertone pairs well with oak, tan leather, chalky whites and darker bronze accents.

A hardwearing neutral that works neatly on tailored upholstery and contract seating.
