About this fabric

Part of the Olympia collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is woven in 100% polyester and specified for contract use. It carries a Martindale rating of 40,000, making it a practical choice where durability matters, and it is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852. The colour is a gentle chalk cream with a slightly warm undertone, so the weave shows as a fine speckled texture rather than a bright white. Professional dry clean in situ is recommended, with further care details available in the pattern book.

How to use it

Use Olympia Chalk to soften larger upholstered pieces, especially where you want a light neutral that still feels grounded. Its warm, chalky tone works well with pale oak, natural linen and deeper timber finishes.
