About this fabric

This colourway reads as a pale, creamy beige with a warm undertone, softened further by the velvet pile visible across the surface. It belongs to the Vintage Velvet collection by J Brown and is supplied as a 100% polyester contract fabric with a 30,000 Martindale rating. The plain design and low-sheen texture make the shade feel refined and understated, while still offering enough body for upholstery. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available upon request, and can be wiped clean or professionally dry cleaned in situ. The overall effect is an easy, versatile neutral that feels lighter and warmer than a stone grey or taupe.

How to use it

Use this sand tone on sofas, banquettes, or wall panels where you want a soft, bright neutral without a cold edge. It pairs naturally with oak, linen whites, and deeper chocolate or charcoal accents.
