Soho Fabric

Soho Steel is a deep, cool grey colourway with a subtle blue-green cast. Its closely woven surface has a fine, even texture that shifts gently as the light moves across it.

About this fabric

The steel-grey tone reads calm and architectural, darker than a standard mid-grey but softer than charcoal. A minute woven texture is visible across the surface, adding depth without introducing a printed motif or obvious pattern. The dense-looking cloth is best suited to upholstery, while no performance features are noted in the supplied information.

How to use it

Pair Soho Steel with chalky walls, pale oak and brushed nickel for a cool contemporary scheme, or warm it with cognac leather and amber lighting. Its restrained tonal depth is particularly effective on a clean-lined sofa or occasional chair.

Use this cool steel grey as a tailored upholstery neutral against pale timber, stone or warm metallic accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
