About this fabric

The swatch shows large, layered flower heads surrounded by smaller blossoms, pointed leaves and winding stems in blue-indigo against a warm pale ground. The contrast is muted rather than stark, allowing the fine floral linework to remain visible without overpowering the cream background. At 300 gsm and 52 threads per centimetre, this is a substantial mid-weight textile suited to both upholstery and drapery. Its 137 cm usable width accommodates the 100 cm vertical and 70 cm horizontal pattern repeats.

How to use it

Use the vellum ground to brighten a reading chair, sofa or full-length curtain, while the cool indigo flowers provide a defined counterpoint to pale timber, chalky walls and quiet blue accents.

The cool indigo floralwork brings definition and depth to a vellum-cream ground.
