Blantyre Vintage Chenille Teal/Aqua/Indigo has a finely striped surface built from cool teal, aqua and deep indigo threads. The close vertical lines are softened by the chenille’s subtly mottled texture, giving the swatch depth without a bold motif.

About this fabric

The colourway shifts between muted blue-green, pale aqua, indigo and warm grey-beige accents, so it reads cool overall while retaining a softly weathered vintage character. Its narrow vertical stripes have a 14 cm horizontal pattern repeat and create a gently elongated impression across the 137 cm width. Composed of 10% Polyester, 67% Viscose, 12% Linen and 11% Cotton, the fabric has a tactile mixed-fibre chenille appearance. With a 31,000 Martindale rub test, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Pair this cool teal and indigo colourway with pale timber, chalky neutrals or deeper blue accents, using the vertical stripe to add height to upholstered pieces or full-length curtains. Its muted aqua notes also sit comfortably with brushed metal and softly aged finishes.
