Tapton Stripe Teal/Russet combines narrow vertical stripes in cool teal, russet, cream, tan and muted olive. Its woven surface gives the colourway a tactile, softly rustic character.

About this fabric

The closely spaced vertical bands create a lively stripe, with teal providing a cooler thread of colour against earthy russet, terracotta, tan and cream. Subtle variation across the woven yarns keeps the surface from looking flat, while the russet tones add warmth and depth. Made from 53% cotton and 47% jute, the fabric is 137 cm (53.82") wide with a 45 cm (17.68") horizontal pattern repeat. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; care instructions are professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use the teal as a bridge to blue-green painted walls, then echo the russet and tan bands in leather, timber or clay-toned accessories. The narrow stripe is well suited to a relaxed upholstered chair, headboard or full-length curtain.
