About this fabric

Made from 100% wool, this 150 cm-wide fabric has a substantial woven appearance suited to both furnishing and window treatments. Its 28 cm vertical and 25 cm horizontal pattern repeats form a balanced plaid, with rust lines adding warmth to the otherwise weathered beige and taupe ground. The muted olive-grey threads temper the colour, giving the check a softly aged, natural character rather than a crisp, high-contrast finish. A 35,000 Martindale rub test supports its use for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use Nevis Antique to bring warm, understated pattern to a reading chair, sofa or upholstered bed, pairing its antique beige ground with natural timber and soft cream textiles. Its rust and olive-grey accents also work well as connective tones in relaxed country or layered traditional schemes.
