Ghillie Mulberry is a fine-scale plaid in deep, earthy brown, crossed by delicate olive, russet and muted cream lines. The darker ground gives the check a mellow, shaded character.

About this fabric

This 100% wool cloth is woven as a closely spaced plaid, with fine vertical and horizontal lines crossing into small checks. The Mulberry colourway reads as a rich brown softened by olive, rust and muted cream, creating layered depth rather than a flat block of colour. At 147 cm (57.75") wide, it has a 12 cm (4.71") vertical repeat and an 11.3 cm (4.44") horizontal repeat, keeping the checked structure clearly defined across a cover. Rated to 20,000 Martindale, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use the brown-mulberry ground to bring warmth to a reading chair, headboard or relaxed curtain, pairing it with olive, russet, tobacco and aged-cream accents drawn from the plaid.
