About this fabric

The woven surface has a dry, tactile grain, giving the dark woodsmoke tone a softly varied depth rather than a flat appearance. Narrow russet chevrons run through the stripe bands, bringing a muted warmth that catches clearly against the brown background. Made from 70% cotton and 30% jute, the fabric is 132 cm wide and has a 12 cm horizontal pattern repeat. Its listed uses include curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Care instructions specify professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the woodsmoke ground to bring depth to a brown, charcoal or warm-neutral scheme, with the russet chevrons echoed in leather, terracotta or aged timber accents. Its narrow stripe works particularly well on tailored upholstery, full-length curtains or a coordinated bedspread.
