About this fabric

The pattern is formed from compact horizontal and vertical bands, producing a neat check with a softly irregular woven character rather than a flat printed finish. Its warm nutmeg colouring sits between cinnamon brown, taupe and pale beige, giving the swatch gentle depth without strong contrast. Made from 8% Nylon, 38% Wool, 24% Viscose, 15% Cotton, 7% Linen, 7% Polyester and 1% Acrylic, it is 135 cm (53.04") wide. The 21 cm (8.25") vertical repeat and 22.5 cm (8.84") horizontal repeat are paired with a 31,000 Martindale rub test, and the fabric is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Pair the nutmeg-brown check with oatmeal, walnut and warm stone upholstery for a grounded scheme, or use it on curtains and bedspreads to introduce fine-scale pattern without overpowering the room. Its muted earthy palette works especially well alongside natural timber and softly textured neutrals.
