Charlton Check Blue/Red combines a warm sandy-beige ground with slate-blue and muted brick-red lines in a finely ordered geometric check. The woven surface gives the colourway a softly textured, crafted appearance rather than a flat printed finish.

About this fabric

The pattern is built from interlocking rectangular checks and narrow stripes, with the cool blue and softened red creating measured contrast against the beige base. At 140 cm (55") wide, it has a 29.5 cm (11.59") vertical repeat and a 70 cm (27.5") horizontal repeat, giving the design a clear architectural rhythm across the cloth. The composition is 57% viscose, 30% linen and 13% polyester, with a 23,000 Martindale rub test for practical upholstery use. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; professional dry cleaning is required, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use this warm beige colourway to bring a tailored country feel to a blue-grey or natural-toned room, with the muted red lines picked up in piping, cushions or painted accents.
