Floral Rococo Blue combines a cool, dusty blue ground with dense cream and biscuit-toned Rococo scrolls. Powder-blue floral bouquets bring a softer, layered note to the ornate repeating composition.

About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric has a richly detailed floral arrangement, with curling cream ornament, warm biscuit accents and clusters of pale blue flowers set against the muted blue ground. The large design has a 73 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 68.5 cm horizontal repeat, giving the swatch a strongly patterned, symmetrical presence. At 137 cm wide, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The cool blue keeps the elaborate motif feeling lighter and more atmospheric than a warmer colourway.

How to use it

Use this blue-and-cream colourway for full-length curtains or a statement chair where its large Rococo repeat can be appreciated. Pair it with chalky cream, natural linen and muted blue accents to bring out the cool ground without competing with the florals.
