Shoreham Stripe Indigo

Shoreham Stripe Indigo presents a deep, cool indigo ground crossed by closely spaced fine stripes in a softly contrasting pale tone. The narrow vertical lines give the swatch a crisp, tailored rhythm while the woven surface keeps the colour from appearing flat.

About this fabric

Made from 100% cotton, this 134 cm (52.64") fabric has a horizontal pattern repeat of 3 cm (1.18"), creating the closely measured stripe spacing visible here. The indigo reads as a rich, slightly softened navy rather than a bright blue, with the pale lines adding quiet definition. Its balanced weight is suited to curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. After care is professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the cool indigo as a grounding shade on a buttoned chair, headboard or relaxed blind, or let the fine stripes run vertically through full-length curtains for a taller, more tailored impression. Pair it with chalky whites, warm oak and restrained brass to soften the navy depth without losing its smart character.
