Hermione grey
Florabunda Fabrichermion/fao/sil
Hermione Grey presents the Florabunda meadow print on a soft dove-grey ground, giving the design a calm, airy feel. The hand-drawn flowers and grasses stand out gently rather than loudly, so the overall look stays light.

About this fabric
This fabric is composed of 95% cotton and 5% linen, with a usable width of 138cm and a weight of 230gsm, making it well suited to curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The grey ground reads as a cool, misty neutral that lets the botanical artwork remain clear without becoming harsh. Pops of pink, white, lilac, blue and fresh green are softened by the base cloth, so the pattern feels meadow-like and relaxed rather than saturated. With a horizontal repeat of 46cm and a vertical repeat of 94.3cm, the design has a generous, painterly scale that works best where the full floral motif can be appreciated.
How to use it
Use Hermione Grey in a bedroom or sitting room where you want a subdued floral with enough colour to lift pale schemes. It sits beautifully with stone, driftwood and muted sage, and the cool grey ground keeps the room feeling composed.
Pair with pale woods and chalky neutrals to let the meadow print feel fresh and airy.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Hermione grey without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
