About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a soft handle and a midweight 230gsm feel, making it suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The image shows a blurred vertical stripe effect with washed lilac, pale blue and faint blush notes that give the cloth a calm, atmospheric finish. Its 138cm usable width and 69cm by 36.8cm pattern repeat support made-to-measure window treatments, while the cool, slightly matte surface keeps the colourway looking fresh. Dry clean only care and a cool iron finish are specified for this exact fabric, and the non-FR construction should be considered when planning use.

How to use it

This gentle purple works well in serene bedrooms, dressing rooms or quiet sitting rooms where a softened colour statement is wanted. Pair it with chalk white, dove grey or powder blue to echo the misty tonal shifts in the design.

Use with pale neutrals or muted blues to keep the misty, painterly feel light and airy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
